From a technology and systems perspective, not all UL-listed central stations are created equal. In addition to the multiple redundant VMWare servers running our monitoring software at our primary location, we have additional redundant servers in an off-site data center giving your data, and your company, an added layer of protection that other central stations just do not have.

Video Monitoring

Compatible with 40+ leading security systems, IP Cameras, & DVR/NVRs, GLOBAL ACS integrates indoor and outdoor video solutions from some of the best names in the business to provide affordable state-of-the-art technology for our residential and business customers.

Dispatcher-Verified Video

  • Our solution enables dispatchers to verify alarms using event-driven video during the security dispatch process. The enhancement of video verification gives the end user, the dispatch operator, and the police additional information so they can make better choices with their resources. Adding video verification enhances traditional alarm monitoring and, according to PPVAR, may even prioritize police response.
  • Compatible with 40+ alarm panels / IP Cameras, & DVR/NVRs, video is directly integrated into our exclusive monitoring software, and delivers event-driven clips directly to GLOBAL ACS dispatchers. PRE & POST event-driven video clips not only enhance alarm response, they may also reduce false dispatches by giving GLOBAL ACS dispatchers the opportunity to see the cause of the alarm. Top it all off with the ability to offer Virtual Guard Tours and real-time live look-in, our video monitoring solution adds a new level of convenience and peace of mind!

Security Intrusion & Fire Alarm Monitoring

Our central station is UL listed, FM approved and an active NFPA member. We provide security intrusion and fire alarm monitoring for commercial and residential clients through three types of Alarm formats:

  • Digital Formats – We support all popular dial-up digital communication formats.
  • POTS-Alternative – We support many leading TCP/IP, radio and cellular formats.  Many alarm panel solutions are even UL-approved for alarm monitoring.
  • Expanded 2-way Voice Alarm Monitoring Capabilities – We currently support more than 40 2-way voice communication boards from many of the top manufacturers.

PERS 2-Way Monitoring

Medical Alert Monitoring (PERS) and other 2-way voice alarm monitoring has been a specialty of our central station since their introduction into the market.  We understand that this type of monitoring requires special care and attention . That’s why our 2-way operators receive rigorous training to handle medical alert and other 2-way voice alarms.

LifeSentry

  • The world's smallest 2-way voice speakerphone medical alarm pendant communicator. Emergencies can happen anywhere in your customer's home, yard, or driveway. LifeSentry provides the ability to communicate with the central station directly through the speakerphone pendant. The medical alert pendant is water-resistant - so your customers can even take it in the shower.
